Yes, it's public data — TikTok LIVE is a public broadcast. Chat messages, gifts, and viewer counts are visible to anyone watching the stream. We don't have any private access or inside deals with TikTok; we read the same public feed your browser does.

How accurate are the earnings estimates?

We count diamonds in real time and convert at the industry-standard estimate of the creator payout rate: 1 diamond = $0.005 USD. TikTok does not publish an official rate. That rate already includes TikTok's ~50% platform cut, so the dollar amount we show is the creator's estimated take-home — not the viewer spend (which is roughly double). Every number is labeled 'estimated' and actual payouts vary with TikTok's regional rules and fees.

Events land in your dashboard within about 1.5 seconds of TikTok emitting them. We read the same WebSocket feed TikTok writes, so you see gifts and chat lines as they happen — not a 15-minute refresh like most analytics tools.

Yes, on Studio. Set an alert for any username and you'll get pinged (push, email, or in-app) the moment they post a chat message in a live you're tracking. Keyword alerts are Studio too. Gift-spike and big-gift alerts come with Starter, and go-live alerts are on every plan, Free included.

Yes, in your phone's browser. The web app is fully mobile-responsive and alerts can arrive as browser push notifications on every plan. There is no native iOS or Android app yet.

Studio can export full chat + gift history as CSV, per session. Starter keeps the full history in-app but doesn't include CSV export. Free doesn't export.

Unless the creator switched on Save LIVE Replay before going live, a TikTok Live is gone once it ends. TikMonitor records the TikTokers you pick automatically, so you can watch or download the full video for 14 days: Starter ($7.99/mo) records 1 creator and Studio ($24.99/mo) up to 10, with a minute-by-minute replay scrubber over the gift and chat timeline. Free accounts can try one 30-minute recording.

Yes. Paid plans have no trial period, so every paid plan comes with a 7-day refund on its first charge: if it isn't worth it, contact us within 7 days of paying and we'll refund you in full. Cancel any time after that and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
