What does TikMonitor actually do?
It watches public TikTok Lives for you — tracks diamonds, viewers, chat, gifts, and sends alerts when a creator goes live or something interesting happens.
Can I monitor any creator?
Yes, as long as their TikTok profile is public. Paste the @handle and we pick up their Lives automatically.
Do I need the creator's permission?
No. TikMonitor only reads public Live data — the same information anyone watching the stream can see.
Why didn't I get a go-live alert?
Go-live alerts fire within ~30 seconds of TikTok announcing the stream. Check the alert rule is enabled, your push permissions are granted, and the creator is on your monitored list.
My Live session shows as ended but the creator is still live
A background sweep reconciles every 5 minutes. If the mismatch lasts longer, hit Contact — include the @handle and we'll investigate.
Which alerts come with which plan?
Free gives you go-live alerts for your one tracked creator. Starter adds gift-spike alerts and up to 3 creators. Pro unlocks user-comment, keyword, and custom-threshold alerts. Full comparison on the pricing page.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers 1 creator with real-time payout, go-live alerts, 14-day history, and a 60-minute preview per live. Paid plans (Starter $4.99/mo, Pro $9.99/mo) add more creators, full-length sessions, replays, and richer alerts. No free trial on paid — cancel anytime.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Open Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the end of your current cycle. Cancellations keep access until the period ends.
Can I export my data?
Pro includes CSV export for chat and gift history. Starter keeps full history in-app but no export. Free doesn't export.
Do you store private TikTok data?
No. We only record what's publicly broadcast during a Live — viewer counts, public chat, gift events. No DMs, no private profiles.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. All your data is purged within 30 days. Message us if you'd like it sooner.
