What TikTok LIVE Backstage shows and what it doesn't
TikTok LIVE Backstage is TikTok's web portal for approved Creator Networks. Agency team members use it to manage the creators in their network, follow diamonds and active hours, plan LIVE schedules and review bonuses and targets. It covers only the network's own creators, and TikTok's policy forbids sharing Backstage logins or extracting its data with software.
What Backstage gives an agency
As TikTok describes it, Backstage is where an approved Creator Network manages the creators in its network.
Creator management: onboarding creators, organising them into groups and assigning tasks.
SourcePerformance data such as diamonds and active hours, at creator and team level.
SourceLIVE schedules and tracking of who took part.
SourceMonthly bonuses, payout review, and the network's targets and progress.
SourceAccess for the network's authorised team members, after TikTok approves the agency by region.
SourceLive Bax, an AI assistant inside Backstage that TikTok presented in September 2026 to flag rising and declining creators. Reporting in October described it as still rolling out.

What it is not built for
These follow from what TikTok publishes about Backstage and its own policy. We list only what a public source supports.
It covers the creators your network manages. It does not show creators outside your network.
SourceIts data stays inside Backstage: the policy forbids sharing it or pulling it out with software, so it cannot feed another tool automatically.
SourceTikTok offers no public API scope for LIVE, gifts or diamonds, so no third-party tool can read Backstage numbers through an official API.

What the policy says about Backstage data and logins
Every agency must follow TikTok's Creator Network Management Policy. These rules, in plain words, decide which tools an agency can safely use.
- 3.2.1 (b)
- Do not share, post, sell or pass on anything you got from Backstage, unless the person it is about or TikTok says yes.
- 3.2.1 (c)
- Do not use software or bots to pull out, download or copy Backstage information.
- 3.2.1 (f)
- Do not share your Backstage account or access with anyone.
- 3.2.4
- Do not take creators from other agencies in unfair ways, such as posting too many comments in LIVE rooms or bothering creators again and again during their LIVEs.

Where TikMonitor fits
TikMonitor works next to Backstage, from the public live stream any viewer can open. It never logs in to Backstage, never syncs it and never asks for an export.
- Every live of every host, with the full chat and each gift with its sender, and video for the hosts you record.
- PK battles with scores, results and the supporters who carried them.
- Estimated earnings per live and per day, with each host's capture rate.
- Targets, payroll statements estimated from captured gifts, and a creator app for your hosts.
Backstage questions
What is TikTok LIVE Backstage?
TikTok's web portal for approved Creator Networks (agencies). Authorised team members use it to manage the creators in their network, follow their performance, review bonuses and targets, and take part in TikTok's campaigns.
Can a creator log in to Backstage?
No. Backstage is for the agency's authorised team members. Creators see their own numbers in the TikTok app, which is why many agencies build or buy a separate app for their hosts.
Can a third-party tool connect to Backstage?
TikTok's Creator Network Management Policy forbids extracting Backstage information with computer programs and forbids sharing Backstage accounts. A tool that asks for your login or offers a Backstage sync puts your network's standing at risk.
Does TikMonitor replace Backstage?
No. Backstage stays the official record for your network's bonuses, targets and payouts. TikMonitor works next to it from public live data, adding per-live detail such as video, chat, every gift and battle results.
