Find rising creators and track your outreach
Scouting is a list of rising creators from public lives, plus a watchlist where you track each one by hand: watching, contacted, talking, signed or passed. It never sends messages or comments for you. It skips creators who opted out of TikMonitor. You check invite eligibility in Backstage yourself.

FAQ
Does TikMonitor tell me if a creator can join my agency?
No. Invite eligibility is shown in TikTok LIVE Backstage. Check it there before you reach out.
Will TikMonitor message creators for me?
No. TikTok's agency policy forbids recruiting by spamming live rooms. Scouting is a list for people to work through, never an auto-messenger.
Can a creator remove themselves?
Yes. Creators who opt out of TikMonitor are left out of scouting.
