Public data only. Your Backstage stays yours.

TikMonitor for Agencies reads only the public TikTok LIVE stream that any viewer can open. It never asks for Backstage logins, never syncs or scrapes Backstage and never takes Backstage exports. Managers see only their assigned hosts, supporter data stays inside your own hosts' rooms, and any creator can opt out.

Data

What we use and how long we keep it

Where it comes from
The public TikTok LIVE stream any viewer can open: who is live, viewers, chat, gifts, likes and battles. No TikTok login, no Backstage, no creator password.
What we never take
Backstage logins, Backstage exports, Backstage sync, private messages, anything behind a creator's own login.
Live history
Readable for 365 days on every agency plan. Raw events are archived after a short window and remain readable for that period.
Recordings
Watchable and downloadable for 14 days, then deleted. Only your organization can see the recordings it made.
Payments
Hosted checkout by our payment provider. Card details never reach our servers.
Deleting your data
Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion, as set out in our privacy policy.

Earnings and payroll figures are estimated from captured gifts and shown with each host's capture rate. How guest gifts, days and capture rate are counted is in our methodology.

What the panel will not do

  • Never asks for your Backstage login

No logins, no Backstage sync, no export uploads. Everything comes from the public live stream any viewer can open.

  • Supporters stay inside your rooms

Supporter data covers your own hosts' rooms only. No gifter search, no unmasking, no public rankings of agencies or gifters.

  • No auto-DMs, no comment spam

Scouting gives your team a list to look at. Reaching out stays a person's decision, as TikTok's network policy expects.

  • Estimates, labelled as estimates

Earnings and payroll are estimated from captured gifts, with each host's capture rate next to the number.

  • Creators can opt out

A creator who proves control of their account is removed: nobody can add them and their lives are not captured.

  • Managers see their own hosts

Roles for owners, admins, managers and viewers. A manager's lists, totals and exports cover only their assigned hosts.

Roles

Roles and manager scoping

Seats come with one of four roles. A manager's view is filtered on the server, so lists, totals and exports all agree.

  • Owner

Everything, including billing and deleting the organization.

  • Admin

Everything except ownership: roster, team, payroll, settings, exports.

  • Manager

Only the hosts assigned to them: their lives, recordings, exports and payroll figures. Can add hosts and update the roster.

  • Viewer

Reads the whole roster. Cannot change, export or download anything.

Creators

How a creator opts out

A creator writes to [email protected] with their TikTok username and proves they control the account by placing a short code in its bio. No identity documents. From then on nobody can add them, their lives are not captured or recorded, and their public page comes down. Details are in our privacy policy.

Security questions

Will using TikMonitor put our agency's Backstage access at risk?

TikMonitor never touches Backstage: no logins, no sync, no export uploads. It reads the same public live stream any viewer gets. The policy rules about Backstage data and logins are therefore not something the tool can trip over for you.

Who on our team can see what?

Owners and admins see everything. Managers see only the hosts assigned to them, in every list, total and export. Viewers can read but not change anything. Payroll and recordings downloads follow the same roles.

Can we see who gifts on other agencies' hosts?

No. Supporter data is shown only inside the rooms of your own hosts. There is no gifter search, no way to unmask a gifter, and no public ranking of agencies or gifters.

How does a creator opt out?

The creator writes to [email protected] and proves control of the account with a short code in their bio. From then on the account cannot be added, its lives are not captured and its public page comes down.

Start with the hosts you already manage. Every live from now on is captured with chat, gifts and battles, and video for the hosts you record.
