Adding hosts
Add your hosts to the TikMonitor agency roster by pasting TikTok handles or profile links. Groups, tags, managers and host limits explained.
Add hosts in one paste
- Go to Roster and press Add hosts.
- Paste TikTok handles or profile links. One per line, or with commas. A column copied from a spreadsheet works too.
- Press Check the list. You see what we found. Nothing is added yet.
- Press Add. Profiles load over the next few minutes.
You do not need the host's password or their Backstage login. TikMonitor watches their public lives, like any viewer.
What gets skipped
- Hosts already on your roster.
- Creators who asked TikMonitor not to track them.
- Anyone over your plan's host limit. Add an extra hosts pack in Billing, or move to a bigger plan.
Groups, tags and managers
Open a host on the Roster to set their group (for example "North Team"), tags, notes and manager. A manager only sees the hosts assigned to them.
When a host leaves
Set the host's status to left. We stop watching their lives, and their history stays.
