Billing and extra packs
Change your TikMonitor agency plan, add extra hosts, recording slots or seats, and find your invoices.
Open Team & settings → Billing. Owners and admins can change the plan and packs. Invoices and the payment card are for the owner. Managers and viewers do not see Billing.
Your plan
Billing shows your plan and how much of it you use: hosts, seats and recording slots. Prices are on the agency pricing page.
Extra packs
Need a little more room? Add a pack instead of moving to a bigger plan.
- Extra hosts: +100 hosts
- Extra recording slots: +10 slots
- Extra seats: +5 seats
Use + and −, then See the price and confirm. You pay only for the time left in this billing period. You can remove packs later.
Change plan
Under Change plan, press Switch to a plan. You see the price before anything is charged. Your packs stay. On a smaller plan, hosts and recordings over its limits are paused, never deleted.
Cancel
When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Payment problems
If a payment fails, we email you a link to update your card. Your plan keeps working for a short grace period.
