Payroll
Make monthly pay statements for your hosts in TikMonitor from your own pay rules, then send them for each host to confirm.
Payroll is on the Agency plan and up.
1. Add a pay rule
On Payroll, find How you pay and press Add rule. A rule can have:
- a monthly base amount, with a minimum number of valid days,
- a share of estimated earnings,
- bonus levels (for example a bonus at 1,000,000 diamonds),
- a bonus for each battle won.
Your first rule is for every host. Add more rules for some hosts, for example your top hosts.
2. Statements are made for you
On the 1st of each month we make a draft statement for every host for the month before. You can also press Make drafts now to see pay so far. Hosts see nothing while a statement is a draft.
3. Check and send
Open a statement to see how the pay was worked out, live by live. When you are happy, press Send (for example Send 37 statements). Only owners and admins can send.
4. Hosts confirm
Hosts in the creator app see their statement and tap Confirm or say what is wrong.
What each status means:
- Draft: only your team can see it.
- Waiting for host: sent, and the host has not answered yet.
- Confirmed: the host agrees.
- Disputed: the host left a note. Press Read the note, fix the statement, then send it again.
