Targets and valid days
Set monthly targets for diamonds, live hours and valid days in TikMonitor, and choose what counts as a valid day.
What a target is
A target is a goal for one month. It can have up to three numbers:
- Diamonds
- Live hours
- Valid days
Who a target is for
You can set a target for the whole agency, for a group, or for one host. A host uses their own target first, then their group's, then the agency target.
Start simple: on Targets, press Set agency target. Then give a group or a host their own target only when they need one. Copy last month reuses last month's targets.
Pacing
Each host shows how far they are and where they will end the month at their current pace. On track and Goal reached mean they are fine. Hosts who are behind show up in What needs you on Home.
What a valid day is
Many agencies pay hosts for each day they go live long enough. A day counts as valid once a host has been live that many minutes in total that day.
Set the minutes in Team & settings → Settings → Valid day. Days follow your agency's time zone.
