Roles
What owners, admins, managers and viewers can see and do in a TikMonitor agency panel.
Every person on your team has one role. Change roles in Team & settings → Team.
Owner
Runs the agency account. Can do everything an admin can, plus billing, the plan and extra packs, and deleting the workspace.
Admin
Runs the panel day to day. Sees every host and every page. Invites and removes people, changes roles, assigns hosts to managers, runs payroll, changes settings, reports and exports.
Manager
Looks after their own hosts.
- Sees only the hosts assigned to them.
- Adds hosts, and turns monitoring and recording on or off for their hosts.
- Edits roster details, downloads recordings and exports.
- Sees payroll for their hosts, but cannot run it or send statements.
- Does not see Billing.
Viewer
Read only, for an accountant or a partner.
- Sees every host and page, and sees payroll.
- Cannot change, download or export anything.
- Does not see Billing.
Seats
Each person uses one seat. Your plan has a set number of seats. An extra seats pack adds more. See Billing and extra packs.
