Open the creator's TikTok profile and look for a LIVE tab alongside their videos. If they saved a replay, it sits there labelled as a replay and anyone can watch it. This is the only route TikTok itself offers viewers, and it is worth checking before assuming a stream is gone.

Save LIVE Replay is an opt-in toggle the creator has to flip before the broadcast starts. It cannot be switched on part-way through, and there is no prompt reminding them. Plenty of large accounts have never enabled it. Saved replays also expire after roughly 30 days, so an older live is gone even if it was saved at the time.
