How it is worked out
Capture rate = lives captured divided by lives detected. TikMonitor can see that a live started even when it could not connect to it. Those lives count as detected but not captured.
Why it is shown
Every earnings and payroll number in TikMonitor for Agencies is estimated from the gifts we captured. A capture rate below 100% means some lives are missing from that number.
