Getting started
Set up your agency in TikMonitor in five steps. Pick a plan, check your settings, add hosts, invite your team and set targets.
1. Pick a plan
See the plans on the agency pricing page. Choose one and pay at checkout. If you already use TikMonitor on Starter or Studio, your plan is switched over and the unused days are credited.
Not sure yet? Look around the sample panel first.
2. Check your settings
Open Team & settings → Settings. Set:
- your agency name and logo (hosts see them in the creator app),
- your time zone (days and months start here),
- your valid day: how many minutes a host must be live for a day to count.
3. Add your hosts
Go to Roster and press Add hosts. Paste the TikTok handles or profile links. See Adding hosts.
4. Invite your team
Go to Team & settings → Team. Invite people by email and pick a role for each one. A manager only sees the hosts you give them. See Roles.
5. Set targets
Go to Targets and press Set agency target. Every host uses it until you give a group or a host their own. See Targets and valid days.
Every day after that
Open Home. It starts with What needs you: a short list of things to look at, made from your real data. Below it you see who is live now and how the month is going against target.
